Professional: Focuses on search support including sourcing, company research, scheduling candidates, and interfacing with clients as necessary. Partners closely with lead recruiters to drive searches to completion.

Krithi joined Kerwin Associates from a local technology company where she started her career in marketing. Krithi has always been passionate about the law and joined Kerwin to gain more exposure to the substantive areas of the law. Krithi spends a majority of her time supporting the recruiters in their sourcing, research and search management.  Krithi attended undergrad at Notre Dame De Namur University where she studied Political Science.

Personal: Enjoys playing flag football, running, hiking, or binge-watching Netflix shows. Enjoys spending time with family and friends.
