Our client, a crypto venture fund with $8+B in AUM, is seeking to hire a key member of the Legal team to support venture financing rounds, commercial agreements, litigation, and a broad array of other legal work. The role will report to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Support equity and token venture financings from term sheet to close (including management of outside counsel).  
• Draft, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Assist with portfolio company needs, including board resolutions and stockholder consents.  
• Support litigation, intellectual property, and other legal matters as necessary.  
• Provide practical and business-oriented advice in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of experience in an ECVC practice at a top tier law firm doing corporate and securities work for venture capital-backed companies.
• Deep experience counseling clients with non-legal backgrounds.  
• Passionate about crypto and/or other frontier technologies.  
• Action-oriented while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced working environment with rapidly shifting priorities and needs.
• Highly curious with a growth mindset.
• Team player.

Compensation will be $350,000 to $385,000 base depending on experience, skills and scope.
